SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


NEW ZEALAND.

C4 Coffee use Courier Post to deliver our orders within New Zealand. They deliver to residential and commercial addresses, as well as most rural addresses.

All of our parcels are trackable and you should receive (check your spam box) an automated email with a tracking number once the package is ready for distribution from our warehouse.

Please note packages with a value greater then $50 (excluding shipping), will require a signature. We suggest you get your order delivered to a business address where you are confident someone will be able to sign for it.

We ship daily, Monday through Friday and most orders are shipped the same day if we receive your order by 12pm. If your order is placed on a Friday, all going well it will turn up on the next business day, being Monday, however this does depend on your location.

Please note we have a 20kg (Coffee) maximum for online orders.


INTERNATIONAL.

Currently we send to Australia, USA, Canada and the UK via NZ Post. We have chosen two scales of service, economy which is expected to take - 3 - 10 working days and courier, 2 - 6 working days. The courier service is trackable and a signature is required, so do your best with getting it sent to somewhere where you will be, most likely work!

We ship daily, Monday through Friday and most orders are shipped the same day if we receive your order by 12pm NZST.

The Brewista Smart Brew Digital kettle is the Next Generation brewing kettle from the guys behind Bonavita:

 

Made of 25 gauge 304 stainless steel, the Smart Pour is built to last. Precise digital control heats water to within one degree, plus or minus. The current water temperature is displayed and can be changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit at the push of a button.

 

Auto-start feature lets users set the time at which the kettle will reach the selected temperature and the auto-off function keeps you safe by shutting down if left unattended for over 60 minutes. With a precise keep warm feature the set temperature will be main-tained for up to one hour. Its latte art inspired gooseneck spout pours with ultimate accuracy. A generous 1.2 liter capacity and lift off base (no cord to interfere with pouring) make it perfect for serving all day.

We get lots of questions about the the similarity between Bonavita and Brewista.

Brewista Kettle and Bonavita Kettle are both made by the same company.

Here are key similar features:

 

Precision temperature control. Both are accurate to 1c. Making them the most temperature accurate kettles on the market.

Both have temperature set points to 1c. Other temperature kettles on the market have pre-set points from 80 -100c. You are forced to choose either 80,85,90,95 or 100c. With the Brewista and Bonavita you can choose any temp from 20-100c in any increment of 1c.

Both will hold your chosen temperature for up to hour.

Both have count up timer when you remove kettle from base.

Both display the water temperature even when the kettle isn't heating.

 

But! Here's what the Brewista Kettle features that the Bonavita doesn't:

 

Larger 1500 watt element verses 1000 watts. This means faster heating time without sacrificing accuracy.

Larger 1.2L capacity versus 1L capacity of the Bonavita.

Time on function. The Brewista kettle can be set to come on at time to suit you. Say you get up at 6am and it would be really cool for your kettle to be at temperature when you get to the  kitchen. The Brewista can do this.

Thicker gauge of stainless steel. This gives a more quality feel to the product, also helps with heat retention and accuracy.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

C4 are passionate about producing the very best roasted coffee and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will act in accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986. For non-coffee bean orders then we honor our suppliers Warranties as appropriate. RETURNS, CREDITS, CANCELLATIONS

For returns and credits, C4 will need to be notified within two days of receipt of delivery for the claim to be considered. Claims outside this time frame may not be accepted. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, and once processed and dispatched you are unable to cancel your order. If successful, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


REFUNDS

Should your coffee reach you in a less than satisfactory state then please contact us immediately with details of your issue and we will replace the coffee as soon as is possible. Please note that we prefer to sell whole beans as coffee starts to degrade in quality from the moment it is ground. We also recommend you buy little and often for the best possible taste. Should any product you purchase be faulty or have any defect please contact us immediately and we will take steps to resolve your issue as appropriate.
