C4 Coffee use Courier Post to deliver our orders within New Zealand. They deliver to residential and commercial addresses, as well as most rural addresses.

All of our parcels are trackable and you should receive (check your spam box) an automated email with a tracking number once the package is ready for distribution from our warehouse.

Please note packages with a value greater then $50 (excluding shipping), will require a signature. We suggest you get your order delivered to a business address where you are confident someone will be able to sign for it.

We ship daily, Monday through Friday and most orders are shipped the same day if we receive your order by 12pm. If your order is placed on a Friday, all going well it will turn up on the next business day, being Monday, however this does depend on your location.

Please note we have a 20kg (Coffee) maximum for online orders.


INTERNATIONAL.

Currently we send to Australia, USA, Canada and the UK via NZ Post. We have chosen two scales of service, economy which is expected to take - 3 - 10 working days and courier, 2 - 6 working days. The courier service is trackable and a signature is required, so do your best with getting it sent to somewhere where you will be, most likely work!

We ship daily, Monday through Friday and most orders are shipped the same day if we receive your order by 12pm NZST.

The Forté BG is a compact, weight-based, Semi commercial quality grinder, dedicated to grinding for brew methods requiring a fine-medium to coarse grind. The Forté BG incorporates many features that fit well into all situations, including: all metal construction; small footprint; intuitive control panel; and solid macro/micro adjustment.

The Forte BG is a durable workhorse using 54mm flat steel burr, which produces an accurate and precise grind, delivering exceptional cup quality for all filter brew methods and even espresso use when required.
The Forté BG design includes a grinding assembly with a threaded burr holder which screws firmly into an all metal grinding chamber for a more accurate grind. A larger gear to belt ratio, combined with a more efficient DC motor, increases the speed of grind durability.

 

The Forté-BG allows you to dose by weight or time. Our signature dose-by-weight is accurate to plus or minus .2 gram. The touch activation awakens your screen with LED backlit technology. The touch screen controls all operations with three programmable dose presets; Up or Down arrows to increase or decrease dose values; and TARE, MANUAL, START or STOP.

The Forté-BG grinder comes with 54 mm steel burrs that produce an accurate and consistent grind for a variety of manual and small batch brews. Our steel burrs were specifically designed to reduce the fines, enhancing flavor in the cup. The broad range of grind (230 microns to 1150 microns) and the narrow particle distribution (lack of fines) are the hallmarks of the superiority of the Forté-BG burrs.

An all-metal macro and micro adjustment system produces a positive feel and secure grind setting. The macro-adjust moves from fine to coarse grinding in 10 distinct and repeatable settings. A secondary micro-adjust further divides each of the 10 macro steps into 26 distinct settings. These steps, plus the new metal detents, enable fine-tuning with ease, dialing in the exact grind for the preferred brew method being used.

The hopper holds approximately 300g of coffee. An innovative bean shutoff feature in the collar permits no-mess, no-fuss hopper removal for changing out beans. Bean “waste” (below the stopper) averages a surprisingly low 10g, once the hopper has been shut off (all weights are bean density dependent).

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

C4 are passionate about producing the very best roasted coffee and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will act in accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986. For non-coffee bean orders then we honor our suppliers Warranties as appropriate. RETURNS, CREDITS, CANCELLATIONS

For returns and credits, C4 will need to be notified within two days of receipt of delivery for the claim to be considered. Claims outside this time frame may not be accepted. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, and once processed and dispatched you are unable to cancel your order. If successful, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


REFUNDS

Should your coffee reach you in a less than satisfactory state then please contact us immediately with details of your issue and we will replace the coffee as soon as is possible. Please note that we prefer to sell whole beans as coffee starts to degrade in quality from the moment it is ground. We also recommend you buy little and often for the best possible taste. Should any product you purchase be faulty or have any defect please contact us immediately and we will take steps to resolve your issue as appropriate.
